Care and Warranty Recommendations

We create high-quality products and take full responsibility for each item. These tips will help you preserve the original appearance of your tableware for many years, as we are interested in it becoming part of your story.

Washing: The products can be washed in a dishwasher, but we recommend adhering to a delicate temperature regime up to 50°C. For hand washing, avoid aggressive abrasive cleaners and metal brushes.

Thermal Exposure: The tableware is not intended for use in ovens or directly on the stove.

Professionally about glaze and craquelure

We carefully control technological processes, but ceramics are a “living” material.

Craquelure (a network of cracks in the glaze) can be both an artistic design and a natural aging process of the material over time.
